As much as my patience allowed me, I researched this and couldn’t find anything to substantiate that. Though there is a lot of rules etc. Have you got anything to back this up, as my understanding if a company has any information that could be deemed price sensitive (JDA been one) it must be passed on to ASX in full disclosure.
