I think there is a lot of moving parts to develop - extra furnaces (they just ordered a heap more to meet the requirements for KorePower agreement - I'd say their manufacture is a limiting factor).
I believe there was some discussion that the 30ktpa facilities might be strategically selected and designed to allow scaling beyond the he base target ...
