W2V lost its own book value from 20c to 5c to 3c.
What makes you think it will increase book value of an acquired companies value ?
They can not value their own company good enough !!
Acquisitions are fraught with danger. Generally they overpay. Then bolting on
and making it work is worse than marriage.
