Before the PI was selected for our trial, due diligence would have been appropriate. This immolation of SH value has been huge. An expensive (for us) omission (by them).

What IBX patents? To my knowledge all the patents are held by the US subsidiary, Imagion Biosystems, Inc. If incorrect, let me know. All the patents should have been held by IBX:AUD and licensed to Imagion Biosystems, Inc. This would have been fair to the shareholders of IBX who have risked their hard-earned.
