    The other issue is if everyone votes NO - then logically how will Pfizer paying a higher price change anything - I would just walk away.

    It makes sense for Pfizer to throw in a little bit more if the NO vote is slightly more than 25 per cent.

    Given the risks - the YES vote is in my opinion the safest way.
