They need to prove up a JORC resource first, everyones knows that. And, yes, I agree that they would need independent verification of the results.
Your words "world class resource", not BBX's and not mine, but if that's what these assay results represent, and you're an experienced geologist, then I accept that is what the potential is, "world class".
