While I am still awake and before I go back to sleep I have only ONE question


Today they put out a quarterly report , claiming that all checks to acquire company are all good, and " they are awaiting stakeholder negotiations blah blah blah" Surely they must have known this when making the previous announcement that due diligence would be delayed, but chose to be coy with a basic announcement

Question... WHY NOW AND NOT BEFORE ?????????

Management would want to wake up way before I do in the spring if they want support
