    Jo. The acquisition can be made either of 2 ways. 1. raise the money on the ASX as you illuded to or 2 issue shares in W2V to the owners of the company they are taking over. If the company they are taking over are happy with W2V scrip at a good price then it should be a great acquisition. Time will tell.
