I see the options are still a talking point, perhaps you should go ask on the SHE forum why they didn't stump up the cash for Rangers can't blame DP for that.
Admittedly the terms on those options were not ideal but cash was needed , if it was not done Rangers may not have been drilled and Flames definitely wouldn't.
The share price will move, hopefully after a few of the sooks sell up.
