So the price of TMK is allowed to drop on possible insider trading and you have no issue / can spin it off some way, but TPD hovers at or around pre-consolidation price and the sky is falling / management have doomed the company? You really are inconsistent with how you look at things.
TMK had a solid rise before the SL-1 results were announced which points towards someone leaking info - I'm not saying it has but the same thing may have happened this morning so I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss it.
