4. Could delisting of RAC be beneficial to shareholders? (reference post)
Anyone can make an offer anytime. RAC is a public company. Becoming a private company does not solve the problem of getting a low offer. It's up to shareholders to reject the offer in such case. We are still under the radar but we hope to be ready for marketing at some point in the future to maximize chance of success.
5. When Can we expect updates on the IND?
IND is an ongoing complex process, for the most part it is outside of control as the FDA answers to nobody.Eexpect updates as programs progress. Ultimately,it does not directly affect RAC programs. It's a nice to have, opens up opportunities, but doesn't slow down activities.
