If the pfizer offer wasn't there, the SP will probably tank to 3 or 4 cents along with the whole market sector. There is no revenue growth over the last quarter and no where near in the future. Management has already done his job to lock in a low ball offer. Stop dreaming about a higher bid offer especially in this challenging environment where the world is in deflation at the moment.
