Prefaced as left field but this is a low quality post.
Blows my mind that posters do not understand the responsibilities of Directors.
Have you called any of the Directors AICp to hear their thoughts in their own words regarding the validity of the offer from Pfizer? Or you just prefer to take the lazy way out?
The talk about RAP shareholders making Tony a millionaire is laughable, especially as the greater majority have not once participated in a raising. A QLD coal miner makes more than his annual package in 6 months.
@TerribleTadpole you've conveniently forgotten that the June quarter saw:
XJO fell ~13%
XSO fell ~20%
XEC fell ~28%
Betashares EDOC fell ~18%
The bid from Pfizer came on the 11th of April. Sans bid, RAP would be a lot lower than your 9c.
Get realistic with where a capital raise would be done - retail are going to be diluted and it seems like the majority don't understand that a raising as low as it is going to be caps the performance of their shares permanently.
