I think things should start to gain traction here. Lack of cash resources was holding MPR back. Post placement, MPR will be able to move forward with each new project in the following manner:
1. Finalise JVs, bringing in new partners
2. Fund its equity contribution (this would have been the major stumbling block prior to the placement)
3. Secure project debt financing as a result of the above
4. Commence construction
All IMO and GLTAH.
