    Yes agree. Very impressed with management. And momentum is building.

    About adding more to holdings.... It is a given we should have all added more at 11. But where ALC is going, few cents here or there is no biggie.... I couldn't add at 11, but did at 13 and 15. Will enjoy the ride up, and will keep adding without worrying about price at these levels.
