In a sane world, the price would rise ~20% today (given the anticipatory rise we've already seen from 11 cents).
This is a substantial increase in hard assets, ie. things we can use as collateral for bank lending, and which can been sold almost like a commodity to other O&G companies.
Plus cash...
But the markets are a little insane at the moment, especially in its approach to O&G stocks.
