Yep remeber Davnet well..lol and Cape range wireless?..the one I mentioned cant remember the name but all they had was a 2nd hand tug boat and a single contract to lay fibre optic cable between Aust and Fiji..the mkt cap got up to $1.4B..the boat was only worth 25m at most!
