No, when companies have a share buyback, they report daily to investors with a discrete announcement that will always appear on 'HC'.
This is a longstanding Director (who sold his huge interests in Canberra to APE) topping up his shareholding. Generally a very good sign for we retail peasants.
Don't worry, we all had to start somewhere. It's a continual learning process, one that I will never finish.
