Not sure why you claim this. Brian Kemp had raised concerns about the vote count. On the Attorney General's instruction a complete hand count of the 5 million votes cast statewide was conducted.
The manual hand count closely reflected the machine count. While there were many inconsistencies in the data entry recording process, these were covered off as human error.
So, yes, it was addressed.
End of the day the Republicans signed it off and certified the vote.
