My recollection is that when WGO signed GSA with Alcoa they never had enough gas on their own to sign off on it so under the JV agreement they in essence borrowed an amount ( can't remember how much ) but now with the upgrade in gas does that mean WGO don't now need to use STX gas & it just goes onto STX uncontracted or what? I have now idea how JV works
