POSCO could literally take all of HIO's yearly output as they are such a gigantic operation in their own right. They produced 43M tonnes of steel last year.
A HIO offtake agreement with POSCO would pretty much be like winning the lottery for HIO, and for the projects long term business case.
Let's see what happens from now till end of 2022!
