This situation smacks of the repeat from the erd process where draft after draft was put up because questions from the epa were not answered properly. The evidence has been posted on this site. Management doesn't learn!

Progress, mmm, personally I am not happy with the lack of progress. It's the constant to and froing with the epa that has me concerned. And continued broken promises and continued information being withheld. . How long ago did Bruce tell us the esd is iminent.
I mean, for goodness sake, this is not uranium mining or coal seam gas. It's freakin sand.
I wonder if we would have been told this info if there wasn't a qtly report required?
