Interesting post.
Perhaps I was off the mark with Asakusa. Still it had to be one of the three. Now I believe it is either Kokusai Nihombashi or Asakusa.
Perhaps the occupation of the 8th floor offset the reduction in the occupancy rate.
Kokusai is also the only one of the three with a Standard Lease.
