While I'm optimistic about an eventual commercial agreement, I think it's a stretch to infer too much from the language used in a news article/promo piece. When a firm agreement is in place POS management will announce it to the market, per its continuous disclosure obligations. It won't come second-hand via a news article that's talking about the beginning of PBT's FS process. (I can't imagine any such arrangement being formalised unless/until PBT's FS is completed.)
