1. Cost cutting, start today. Don’t drive full speed ahead with spending left right and centre

2. New funding: Go and approach the big shareholders if they are willing to put money in

3. Ask government for a grant, ask tax office for early refund of RD thing

etc

Just don’t sit there and do nothing.
