Andrew I am surprised to hear from Drake MD on this matter.You are right that announcement was out before the Love appointment but I am stunned to hear that the biggest share holder had no idea of his inclusion as chairman. I can only conclude that announcement was intended to replace two existing directors with two new ones with one taking the role of chairman, however since then they place Love in there, oh what a dilemma.
This needs to be resolved very quick, get the best person in there and get on with the business at hand.
