    The minimum conversion price is currently a 25% premium to the 30 Day VWAP to the 4th of August, so 2.5ish cents. Its a raise at a premium to a significant entity, not retail trying to flip their money. Should put a floor around the 3c area.

    I agree the costs are outrageous, but that's the cost of doing business with a consultant and companies with a risk-on approach to investing.
