Sydney, its not unusual to sign an Non Disclosure Agmnt during negotiations. It doesn't mean anything except that they are not allowed to discuss the nature of the negotiations. It certainly doesn't mean that a JV is a done deal.

In fact, an NDA might be there to protect FAR from a potential partner who declined the jv from telling other companies why they declined before FAR has an opportunity to present.

We dont know the nature of the testing results and therefore we dont know anything. Picking apart announcements like that is fraught with danger.

All we can do is sit and wait.
