When you are dealing with these numbers, you dont "predict", or "guess", or "think". You either know or you don't.

If you know better than the experts that carry out the PFS and the BFS, then show us your numbers. Each and every single component that make up the total CAPEX. There are only a few hundred components to compile.

If you dont know better than the experts and I am sure you know less than 1% of what they know, then let them do their work and they let you know the numbers.

Don't predict, don't guess, dont pick a number from the air.

But if you still want to know the CAPEX for 20mtpa, then go to the PFS and see the CAPEX number of USD $1.4bil. Then say add 25% increase in cost, then multiply it by 1.5 to get the ROUGH estimate of what the CAPEX cost is gonna be for 20mtpa with assumption of slurry pipeline is fully funded by 3rd party.
