I welcome the contribution from Andrew Roberto. I was aware that some current & some past directors were readers of HotCopper as I have been contacted privately by a former director after having previously spoken to two of them.

Having met the directors at each of the two Sydney A.G.M.s, Toby Chandler stood out as a person with a good knowledge of what Structural Monitoring Systems needed to do to obtain F.A.A. approval & his outstanding personality should have enabled him to sell ice blocks to Eskimos. He was very impressive & I was saddened to hear his departure from the company.

Having read the complexity of the process to obtain F.A.A. approval & the number of other approvals they have to consider, it is little wonder that the approval process takes such a long time.

On the basis that directors do read HotCopper, I suggest that some relevant posts will be taken on board by the directors & that our comments will come under consideration. I was pushing for the attachment of options to the rights in the recent capital raising & they eventually agreed & I believe this was a major reason for the success of the cap. raise. If you have a suggestion & do not want to personally contact a director, put your suggestion on HotCopper with the knowledge that it will be read by a director.

I believe that all shareholders would welcome more regular communication from directors as the time between quarterly reports is too long to not receive any communication, even if it is confirmation that things are progressing as expected. That type of communication would help support the share price.

The quarterly report is now due & it usually stimulates the share price.
