I am a new ANZ shareholder. I was entering my dividend payment options this morning and was puzzled by the distinction between BOP and DRP. DRP is a concept I am familiar with through other companies I hold. I phoned the toll free number provided and mainly got 'sorry I can't answer that' responses to my questions. There is no clear explanation on the ANZ website. How does the BOP differ from the DRP. What are its advantages/disadvantages? Can anyone help?
