They also paid $6m of interest + Sprott gold participation (I assume that falls under interest). So notional FCF for the quarter at $20m or so. They can make voluntary payments from April next year. I assume they will repay (will be net cash positive in another 3 quarters) or refinance it at that time to more favourable terms.
The US$100m loan is "Acquisition or Development". I assume depending on terms that finances the Bullseye plant. Bullseye ground is on mining licences so I assume timeline of drilling out MRE and doing DFS will move quickly
