No they wouldn't. It would take at least a year for the customer to design and do the appropriate level of QA for their product. I suspect we won't see material revenue from Skywater until at least 2024. Even then it probably won't be substantial enough as Skywater itself is not a huge fab, they can only do so much volume.
WBT is still a good 4 years away from making good profits IMO. Plenty of potential but still a long way to go.
