This is the sort of news confirmation that majors would have been waiting on. I'm sure they are fully aware that PENs JORC target is very realistic. But its this other stuff that they need to know will work.
Just wait till it happens Raks, seeing a major take up the likes of 5% in PEN on the open market will catch so many with there pants down. You will see lines being cleared in minutes.
