There needs to be a more continuous & positive news flow from now including 1). repatriation of loan monies repaid, 2). bulk sampling & results, 3). diamond sales / contribution of polishing, 4). Cash flows, 5). Planned capex.
If LULO ROSE it truly a GIFT (from heaven), then declare a dividend from ANGOLA JV SPV and apply monies to MERLIN (as required) and appease shareholders.
NO MORE DILUTION / ITS TIME TO SEE APPRECIATION IN SHARE VALUE
