Before anybody starts conspiracy theories I have always considered Terrible Ts intentions to be for the greater good but we have to realize who and what we are up against here. in reality I have no idea but I could imagine the frighteners have been put on TT by some very powerful M&A lawyers who I am sure would have pointed out the legal cesspool he would be exposing himself too if Pfizer felt he was to blame for the no vote being successful. Even if all the ducks were in place as far as your defense was concerned the cost of that defense is not something anybody here could contemplate.
At least you had a go TT which is way more than most on this thread was prepared to do,cheers anyway.
