BPT just released an announcement that their BMG share is only a fraction of their total reserves. I don't know the ratio for ROC, but I guess it would be more significant than BPT. Their SP performance today already approved it.
It's also not a good sign that it opened as low as 42.5, bounced back to 52, now it is gradually towards the low again. The likelihood is SP will move to 30 range.
I would wait for an announcement from ROC to clarify reserve ratio for BMG.
