I'm looking through the prospectus to see what Spectur are spending capital on and it just reads like they're a cash burning operation who have exhausted their strategy to breakeven so are now pivotting to backup plan options they didn't deem worthy for the past 5 years like going into regional areas and developing an international business which they needed capital for

My sums for their target of EBITDA breakeven requires about $10m in revenue - almost double current.

Just reads tough, but reality is often difficult to predict on paper.
