Africa has a bad rap which is unfair to an extent... cote d'ivoire is a stable country with a strong rule of law having said that it'll always be considered lower than A+ jurisdictions like Oz, Canada, etc... but in terms of risk/reward cote d'ivoire can deliver huge upside, there's a reason it's called elephant country in terms of gold finds...
