Guang Ye in 2007 signed a MOU with JRV and then examined JRV's Young laterite nickel deposit. Guang Ye subsequently withdrew from that MOU and now has an MOU with INL to form a JV "to identify and develop secondary resources project opportunities in Australia."
Should the MOU progress to a JV will the Young deposit become a target? If not what other "resources" (plural) are targets?
