Cannot get much clearer and to the point but some would have us accept this as the new norm, why- because some foreign airlines are having the same problems but to a much lesser extent. Well for QAN all those years of marketing and promoting a higher quality service (the fees and charges to match), mega $Mn's in bonuses for a few and a near $2Bn gift from the Federal Govt, nothing to show for it. Now just a garden variety below average carrier. Well done to the QAN executive team.
