3m takeover

I have dealt with 3M in the medical industry for approx 15 years and if the technology is as good as the independant trials say they will take obj without blinking an eye. 3M dont like competitors and will take them over and either combine the products into their mix if they are unique or they discontinue them if they have an equivalent (for example Thermalog by Pymah,Solu-iv by Solumed Inc and RSI by North American Science Associates Inc). If 3M's technology is not up to spec and obj's is then to get the market edge and control the technology there will be no joint ventures. So if you believe in the obj story that their product is so far advanced on the competition (I think someone mentioned 10 times) then hang on to your stocks because 3m will want them all.
