Let's see how transparent CLZ is with the overdue quarterly especially detailing it's debt level and plan to get out of it.

Maybe they can inform the shareholders of the plan to move forward if that's their intention, I'd like to see the business model

IMO: They have run out of options if they need to raise a lot more capital.

The next quarter should be an "interesting" read.
