I came across an interesting article about the current food grade CO2 shortage in New Zealand. Apparently Air Liquide and other suppliers are having to ration supply.
If only we knew of a secure and dependable source New Zealand could access from a country closer than Malaysia… I wonder if this same dynamic will be seen here in Aus too.
