staff and admin costs $5.5 million for the full fin year due to almost doubling headcount ,
(might actually be more $$$ than that on an annualised basis , as it might not reflect full year $$$ employment of new hirings,
would have been staggered over the last 12 mths)
hiring needs to level out , if they keep needing to have add new staff to match growth rates , we will never be profitable ,
next full year 2022/2023 will tell us how its going to turnout, so much for the "captial light" business model
