Seeing you lot haven't a clue...the issue is the basis of decision making in the areas that demark the role of the different branches of Got.
There's always a tension between the competing branches and the role...I'l say that slowly for the challenged...the r o l e of the SCOTUS is to adjudicate ENTIRELY on the basis of the Constitution.
However it falls, that will decide the issue and we can move forward to the next inevitable issue where the branches either disagree or attempt to over reach
