Ian Trahar and cohorts are not by any stretch passive investors. This will get very interesting to see if the tactics are friendly or a little rough.
When avatar industries delisted it returned almost $60m to shareholders, it was just a cash box. Trahar held about 75% of the shares when it delisted so you do the math.
I hope it is friendly but hey, rough is OK sometimes. The two major shareholders are obviously keen to play ball and the whistle has sounded.
