It does appear that the travel itinerary has been set, and there is no mention of Taiwan.
I'm not surprised -- the most notable thing about US foreign policy is driving division between nations, delivering weapons for terrorist activities within those nations, then abandoning those nations when they are stood up to.
Rhetoric aside, I doubt there is real appetite to confront China over Taiwan unless they are 100 % certain over the outcome.
I would be very concerned if I was relying on the US to stay the course in Ukraine as well.
Blinkens sudden willingness to talk with Lavrov is probably just the first step in throwing yet another corrupt and violent movement under the bus when the heat gets too close.
