Your point 4) which I picked up from the announcement, is the opportunity I see that may negate a raise. This is intriguing, and a time frame has been given suggesting they are close, and it could mean some up front cash. Not convinced a raise will be required, but it is a fine line. I think there is more cash coming in from clinical work too
