I have a different interpretaion that you might like to consider as follows:

The late 2008 to March 2009 fall had a catalyst called Lehmans. You will need serious negative news flow for that to happen again, not the failure of markets to reverse strongly as you argue. Not suggesting we arent in dangerous waters - just making a point about causation.

Re that you dont think LNC will rise over $1.80 without a sale announcement. So UCG/GTL news associated with Gen 4 wouldnt get it there and more? I could name a few more share price drivers that could do the trick, but Id be more interested to see if anyone else can name them. Or is it that LNC is a one trick pony?

In that regard, public information is currently available that I would have thought is significant, but it hasnt been mentioned on the threads. Is anyone else suprised it hasnt been mentioned? I wait patiently....
